FIGHT FOR THE RIOT TO PAAARTY
There is nothing that riles modern youth than the no-show
of their favourite pop or rock heroes or the switching off
of their music. From rioting festival-goers in Leeds to
Guns 'n' Roses mayhem, this show takes a look at music-inspired
violence.
Even when their heroes do turn up, the music can pump the
crowd so full of adrenaline that they can literally tear
the walls down - see The Libertines' gig in Stoke where
fans knocked down a wall of the venue to carry on rocking
outside in the car park!
And don't underestimate the incendiary power of an exposed
pop star breast - see Shirley Manson riot after flashing
breast + Lil Kim doing the same in Panama City.
