Terms & Conditions
1. The Sons of Anarchy season 2 competition (“Competition”) is open from 11th August 2010 until midnight on 10th September 2010 (“Competition Period”) and operated by LIVING TV Group, 160 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QA (“Promoter”) and hosted via the website found at www.bravo.co.uk (“Website”)
2. To enter the Competition Players must be a UK or Eire resident aged 15 years and over excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Promoter or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (“Players”).
3. By entering the Competition, all Players agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Player who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Promoter.
4. To enter the Competition go to the Website click on the Competition, enter your name, address, telephone number and email address on the online form and answer the following question:

c. Tommy Flanagan
Only one entry per Player will be accepted.
5. 10 (ten) winning entries shall be drawn at random on or after 10th September 2010 from all correctly answered eligible entries validly submitted (“Winners”). The decision by Promoter as to the determination of the Winners shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. If the entry procedure to the Competition is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of ‘spam’ entries, Promoter may withdraw the Competition at their discretion. All entries must be received by midnight on 10th September 2010 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.
7. The Prize: The Winners will each receive 1 (one) Sons of Anarchy season 2 DVD.
Proof of age may be required before the Prize can be given. The Prize includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the Prize. Players should be aware that the Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of third parties for which Promoter is not responsible or liable and by entering the Competition all Players are therefore deemed to have accepted and be bound by those terms and conditions.
8. The name and county of the Winners may be announced on the Website shortly after the Closing Date. The Winners will be notified by email or telephone following the Closing Date.
9. The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability, not exchangeable for cash and no alternative prize will be offered. Promoter may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.
10. The Winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Promoter. The Winners agree to the publication of their respective name and county as referred to in paragraph 8 above.
11. By entering the Competition all Players consent to the use of their personal details by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Competition and any other purposes to which the Player may consent on entry to such Competition.
12. As far as permitted by law (but not including liability personal injury or death arising from its negligence) Promoter excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.
13. Promoter reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
