Medically-minded glamour model Abi Titmuss rose to fame through her association with Blue Peter-presenter-turned-bad John Leslie.

When the clarinet-playing staff nurse met Mr Leslie at a Fulham party back in 1998, it’s doubtful she would have realised the impact their relationship would have on her life. As her boyfriend spiralled into near-ruin as a result of revelations in Ulrika Johnsson’s autobiography, ‘Honest’, Abi found her tabloid-friendly presence in demand.

Despite the potentially-embarrassing release of a graphic sex tape, Ms. Titmuss came out of the murky story smelling of roses, building a TV career as both a reality and real-life sex star, and as a staple of lads’ mags.

She has since commented on her rise by noting, “I'm not like those glamour girls who say: 'I'm really dirty, I'm really bad', then just pose around. I really am dirty and bad.”
