Michael
has suffered from a lack of direction for as long as
he can remember. When he left school, he ‘ran
away’ to
be a Thompson Holiday Rep, only to come back two years
later to find all his mates had started to get decent
jobs and settle down.
He feels this two-year gap has left him
inadequate in the eyes of his mates. He drifts from job
to job and town to town, never feeling motivated. He
hates his current job but feels that every time he starts
again he’s on the bottom rung of the ladder and
at his age it can be difficult to accept.
This run of
poorly paid jobs have led Michael to be £8k in
debt. He’s been forced to move
back in with his parents, who have had to put up with
regular visits from bailiffs. He can’t live like
this anymore.
He hopes Razor can motivate him, provide
him with some direction and pull him out of his rut.
