Stuart is a lifelong, dedicated West Ham supporter
who needs help shifting a whole host of problems. He
has suffered from depression in the past and also has
problems socialising.
He starts his
day with a fry-up then snacks constantly and drinks gallons
of tea and coffee. Every evening he’ll
have a takeaway, then a large snack just before bedtime.
He boozes with his mates too much and smokes 20-30 ciggies
a day.
As a youngster, he played footie a lot and has
an attic full of trophies recognising his skills as a
player and manager. Now he desperately wants to get his
life back on track for the sake of himself, his wife
and daughter. He feels that playing football again regularly
might start a chain reaction and kick-start a new beginning. |
