BANNED IN THE USA! But not in Blighty. Above is a clip from Takashi Miike's Imprint, which WAS aired on Bravo during the first season of Masters of Horror. Have a squizz at the uncut chaos of this Japanese brothel-based horror-fest, and then read on for details on the brand new series of Masters of Horror, now showing on Bravo.

Mondays @ 11pm

Are you ready for more? After the bloodcurdling success of Masters of Horror on Bravo last year, we're now showing the second series of this Emmy award-winning horror pile-up. Boasting thirteen brand new short films from the industry's leading scaremongers, Masters of Horror is a take-no-prisoners romp through unprecedented terror territory.

Many of the cinematic pioneers who contributed to the first groundbreaking season return for a second helping of frights, gore, and downright spooky shenanigans, including...

Legendary Texas Chainsaw Massacre director Tobe Hooper, who kicks things off with the apocalyptic 'The Damned Thing'. Stalwart purveyor of horror-comedy John Landis, who brought you An American Werewolf In London and the Thriller video, also gets stuck in a second time around with 'Family'. Bona-fide horror master John Carpenter (The Thing, Halloween, Escape From New York, The Fog) weaves a chilling tale of demonic-pregnancy with 'Pro-Life'. Gremlins director Joe Dante returns to the fray for 'The Screwfly Solution', a tale of blood-lusting men driven mad by a nightmarish plague. And cult Italian horror-meister Dario Argento gets your sheets a-soiled with 'Pelts', which stars Meatloaf as a man troubled by his fur-coat creations.

Masters of Horror debuts come courtesy of Brad Anderson (The Machinist), Tom Holland (Child's Play), Stuart Gordon (Re-Animator), Peter Medak (The Krays) and Japanese horror veteran Norio Tsuruta (Ring 0). Ernest Dickinson (Juice, Tales from the Crypt, Bones, The Wire) also contributes with his teenage vampire flick 'The V Word'. Mick Garris, who is both a horror sequel badman (Critters 2, Psycho IV, The Fly II) and a serial Stephen King adapteur (The Stand, The Shining series, Desperation), pitches in with 'Valerie on the Stairs'. And up and coming horror upstart Rob Schmidt (Wrong Turn) puts his own spin on the right-to-life controversy with 'Right To Die'.

So step right up and receive petrification. There's only one place for sheer scares when the grotesque horrors of your daily life become plain and mundane - Masters of Horror, showing now on Bravo!
