UFC 67: Preview
After an explosive kick-start to 2007 with UFC 66: Liddell vs Ortiz, Bravo is bringing you more bone-crunching octagon action with UFC 67: All or Nothing.
Join us as middleweight champion Anderson “The Spider” Silva, a savage mixed martial arts fighter with devastating striking power, defends his title against Travis Lutter, the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 4. A calm and measured fighter with jujitsu and wrestling skills, does Lutter have what it takes to seize that belt, or will Silva defend his title with the quick-footed diligence he’s known for?
Next on the fight card is the long-awaited rematch between Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Marvin Eastman. The first opponent he ever faced in mixed martial arts, Jackson has been waiting for a chance to take on Eastman ever since he was defeated by him six years ago. “It’s two trains coming at each other,” Eastman explains, “and somebody got to be derailed.” Jackson doesn’t bother with vehicular analogies: “I just want to beat up everybody who beat me up,” he says.
Last but quite clearly not least, international superstar Mirko “Cro Cop” makes his UFC debut coming up against Californian hard head Eddie Sanchez. UFC experts have proclaimed that Mirko is the most dangerous striker in the heavyweight division, with a deadly propensity to land high kicks to the head that’ll drop a herd of elephants in one. Can Sanchez stand up to this immovable juggernaught?
Don’t miss these three critical face-offs in UFC 67: All or Nothing – February 4th @ 9pm, exclusively on Bravo.
