Since 1996, Brian Bates has been exposing street prostitution in Oklahoma City, OK USA. Brain says that 'Street prostitution is not a victimless crime. The victims are everywhere: The families living in these neighborhoods, the businesses, the children who cannot play in the parks, the wives and daughters who cannot walk to the store, the wives of the men who solicit street prostitutes, the families of the prostitutes and the prostitutes and their customers themselves - all are victims.'

Brain is college educated (marketing, journalism, criminal justice, public relations) and describes himself as an avid videographer, photographer and graphic artist. He has volunteered with numerous non-profit groups (Teen Hotline, Contact Crisis Hotline, Downtown Baptist Mission, Rest, TeenLink of Oklahoma, Alliance of Neighborhoods, Alliance Against Prostitution, AIDS Support Program and many more).
